Getting Started

What is TreasuryOS?

TreasuryOS is an AI-native treasury management platform built by Adekail AI Financial Technologies. It gives finance teams real-time cash visibility, intelligent reconciliation, FX risk management, payment processing, cash forecasting, and executive intelligence — all from one unified platform.

How do I get started?

Sign up for a free trial at treasuryintelligence.io. You'll get instant access to the full platform. No credit card required. Our onboarding wizard will guide you through connecting your first bank account and setting up your organisation.

How long does implementation take?

Most teams are up and running within 1–2 weeks. Basic cash management can be configured in a single day. More complex setups involving multiple entities, bank connections, and custom workflows typically take 5–10 business days.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. At the end of your trial, you can choose the plan that fits your needs.

Features & Capabilities

What modules does TreasuryOS include?

TreasuryOS includes six core modules: Cash Management (real-time visibility), AI Reconciliation (intelligent matching), FX & Risk Management (currency exposure and hedging), Payment Factory (centralised payments), Cash Forecasting (AI-powered predictions), and Executive Intelligence (CFO dashboards and AI briefings).

Can TreasuryOS handle multiple entities and currencies?

Absolutely. TreasuryOS was built multi-entity and multi-currency from day one. You can manage unlimited entities across multiple countries and currencies, with consolidated views and drill-down into any individual entity.

How does the AI reconciliation work?

Our reconciliation engine uses machine learning to match transactions across bank statements, sub-ledgers, and internal records. It learns from your historical matching patterns and improves over time. Most clients see 85–95% auto-match rates within the first month.

Can I export data to Excel and PDF?

Yes. Every report, dashboard, and data view in TreasuryOS can be exported to Excel (XLSX) and PDF. We also support CSV exports and API access for integration with your existing reporting tools.

How does reconciliation period lock work?

Each bank, supplier, or customer account has its own reconciliation period with a date range you choose — daily, weekly, monthly, whatever fits that account. Once a period is closed and signed off, it's locked server-side: new statements and edits to that date range are rejected, not just hidden in the interface. Reopening a closed period requires an administrator and a written reason, which is permanently recorded.

How do I know if my data is reliable enough to act on?

TreasuryOS includes a Data Quality Score that checks FX rate freshness, reconciliation status, accounts payable/receivable completeness, budget mapping, and bank statement recency. A low score doesn't mean something's broken — it tells you exactly which numbers to double-check before relying on a forecast, dashboard, or AI answer built from that data.

Security & Compliance

How secure is TreasuryOS?

Security is our top priority. TreasuryOS uses bank-grade AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We implement zero-trust architecture, role-based access controls, and maintain comprehensive audit trails for every action.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in secure, SOC 2 Type II compliant data centres. We offer data residency options for organisations with specific regulatory requirements. All data is encrypted at rest and backed up daily.

Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes. TreasuryOS supports SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 for enterprise SSO integration. We work with all major identity providers including Azure AD, Okta, and Google Workspace.

What audit capabilities does TreasuryOS provide?

Every action in TreasuryOS is logged with a complete audit trail — who did what, when, and with what detail. That includes financial actions like payment approvals (with amount and payee), reconciliation period closes and reopens (with the reason given), and AI-generated output like health scores, forecasts, and reconciliation suggestions — not just record edits. Administrators can search and filter the full log from within the app. This supports compliance with SOX, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements.
